hipppy 0.1.0

#HIPPY

A Python interface to Hip which is a package for manipulating
unstructured computational grids and their associated datasets.
Requirements
Hippy comes with a minimal requirement for Python version that should be at least 3.6
Installation
Hippy can be installed directly in a Python 3 environnement from pip by running the command:
#ssh mode
pip install git+ssh://git@nitrox.cerfacs.fr:open-source/hip.git#subdirectory=hippy
# or https mode
pip install git+https://nitrox.cerfacs.fr/open-source/hip.git#subdirectory=hippy

This command will install Hippy and all its dependencies (if needed). Once this step is over you can check the installation by executing the following command:
python3 -c "import hippy"
