Util is a Django app to conduct Web-based base. For each
question, visitors can choose between a fixed number of answers.
Detailed documentation is in the “docs” directory.

Quick start

Add “util” to your INSTALLED_APPS setting like this:
INSTALLED_APPS = [
...
'util',
]

Include the polls URLconf in your project urls.py like this:
url(r'^util/', include('util.urls')),

Run python manage.py migrate to create the util models.
Start the development server and visit http://127.0.0.1:8000/admin/
to create a util (you’ll need the Admin app enabled).
Visit http://127.0.0.1:8000/util/ to participate in the base.
