Command line
The tinysoundfont package contains a simple command line tool that can
be useful for finding presets, testing the validity of SoundFonts, and
playing MIDI files.
Here is an example that loads the demo SoundFont and shows the presets it defines:
python -m tinysoundfont --info florestan-subset.sfo
(In Windows you may need to use py instead of python).
This results in:
Info for SoundFont florestan-subset.sfo
