Tool / Lib to transform a simply defined set of kafka topics and transforms the definition into an AWS CloudFormation
template that uses either EWS::Kafka::Topic or Custom::KafkaTopic (via AWS Lambda deployed in your account) to
create/updated/delete your Kafka topics.
