taatik - translitertion of filenames from Herbrew letters to Latin letters.===========================================================================Latinize Hebrew filenames, for use in unicode-incompatible devicessuch as old music players or car cd players. Supports two transliterations tables:* EKTB as suggested by [Amnon Katz in 1987][AK].
